Research

Advancing the the science of literacy intervention and implementation.

My research focuses on developing, testing, and scaling effective literacy interventions—particularly in the areas of spelling and word reading. I center my work on students with dyslexia and other reading difficulties with the goal of translating evidence into practical strategies that reach real classrooms. By focusing on both intervention development and implementation, I aim to bridge the gap between research and practice in ways that drive sustainable change.
