Personalized Intervention, Rooted in Research

I specialize in providing expert-led, evidence-based literacy intervention for students with dyslexia and other reading challenges. Each plan is fully customized, structured around research, and built to deliver measurable results that last. This isn’t just “more of the same. It’s a structured, research-backed approach that blends intentional practice with expert feedback to help students build not just skills, but confidence.

What’s Included

Your child will receive 1:1 personalized intervention grounded in the reading science. Lessons are structured and systematic, with a focus on decoding, spelling, fluency, and writing. I monitor progress every step of the way—and keep you in the loop with regular check-ins and updates.

This is not homework help or generic tutoring. It’s a personalized, evidence-based intervention and treatment plan designed to treat reading difficulties at the source.

Why Frequency Matters

Like any effective treatment, dosage matters. Research shows that children make the most progress when they receive structured reading intervention at least 3 to 5 times per week, over time—not just a few quick sessions.

In fact, 40–60 hours of consistent, expert-led instruction can lead to real gains in word reading, fluency, and confidence. Just like learning a new language or an instrument, lasting progress takes time, quality, and the right approach.

There are no shortcuts—but there is a clear, proven path.

Why it Works

This isn’t just more support—it’s the right support, delivered the right way. Most kids who struggle with reading haven’t been taught in ways that aligns with reading and learning science.

My approach is grounded in decades of research and designed to meet students exactly where they are, with instruction that’s structured, explicit, and systematic. When we use what the research tells us actually works, kids don’t just catch up—they build confidence and momentum that carries into everything they do.

Ideal For

✓ Children in Grades K–8 with dyslexia or persistent reading/writing difficulties

✓ Families who have tried school-based intervention or tutoring that hasn’t worked

✓ Parents looking for expert-led, high-accountability support that moves the needle and accelerates achievement

I’m intentional about keeping this work personalized and impactful.

Because of that, I open just a few private practice spots each quarter—to make sure I can give every student the attention they deserve.
