Teaching

Equipping educators with what works—so every child has a chance to succeed.

Teaching Philosophy

I believe great teacher preparation bridges research and practice, and equips educators to make informed, evidence-based decisions that drive student success. Grounded in adult learning theory, cognitive psychology, and current reading science, my courses are designed to build deep content knowledge, instructional agility, and sustainable impact.

Through intentional instruction, coaching, and application, I help educators move from novice to expert to build a deep understanding of what works, why it works, and how to implement it to improve student outcomes.
